BASE has developed a programme of meetings entitled the “Silent Witness to your Patient’s Disease”.  These meetings will be a starting point for longer-term support for GPs, Nurses, Primary Care Trusts and Junior Doctors.  They are all set in a comfortable academic setting which facilitates the learning experience and the networking opportunity.

The key objectives of this programme are to:-

• Provide delegates with basic tools to discuss sexual health with their patients.
• Provide delegates with a reason to have these discussions in the first place.
• Understand the wider impact of the related conditions.
• Allow all health care professionals to develop networking opportunities with interested parties.
